Do recipes add any nutrients to the body?
Most of the recipes available in the market contain little or no nutrients. They contain chemicals and other substances which add flavor, taste and delicacy to the food. It is always advisable to reduce the amounts of recipes in the food you take. If you can manage to take food without recipes or other unnecessary additives the better for your health.
